Here we are:
Everything in the garage has been demolished. Plywood on the walls is gone, as is the drywall on the ceiling. The front window has been framed in. So has a door (should I ever want one), the air conditioning unit, and the walk-in closet. Electrical boxes have been put in place. A pull-down ladder for attic access has been installed. Aluminum siding on the front has been torn down, with outside insualtion put in place. awaiting the end of the project.
Tomorrow is Friday. My students have been from hell. The grandchildren will be here this weekend. We will all be tired. I look forward to summer!
To my dearest friends Patrick and Carmella who face a move, you can do this, because you have to! God provides. And Peggy loves you. (There ya go!)
