Well...Some Things Accomplished, Anyway...

In spite of the busy-ness of the weekend, some things did get accomplished.
*WB9AJB did get my radio fixed. Thank you, Adam!!
*I got all but one load of laundry (towels) done. (Sorted, pre-spotted, washed, dried, folded/hung, and taken to the appropriate bedroom. Whew!) Washed the children's lunchbags which were looking fairly stained and ugly.
*The living room was (sort of) picked up.
*Meg finished the over-toilet storage cabinet for her bathroom that has been in the construction process for months. (Long story. I got it all put together, then discovered that a crucial part of the shelving didn't have pre-drilled holes. Ordered a replacement. Got the part. Waited for ages to put it together, only to discover that they sent the wrong part. Ordered another replacement. Got that a couple of weeks ago. Finally finished today. Yay!
*Met with Steve Cooper (father of Robin's Scout leader) about a little kitchen project.
*Got the children fed and refereed after their return from Muncie. Chaos abounded. Sibling murder thwarted once again.

I will be attending the funeral visitation for Dan Taylor tomorrow afternoon and will take Tuesday off to attend his funeral. This will be a tough one.

I hate to wish my life away, but I need for the school year to be over soon.
