On the table in front of me is a very lovely certificate indicating that my daughter is on the "Dean's List Highest Honors" at IUPUI! This represents three courses she has taken this year while working full time and being the newly-single mommy of two pre-schoolers. It hasn't been easy for her, but I am so proud of her efforts! You go, Girl!
Took the children to Splash Island for a couple of hours before their last swimming lesson yesterday. What a fun place! Robin, unfortunately, came home with what seems like the start of a cold and red eyes. After we had some supper and an ice cream treat, both children conked right out. So did Grandma and Mommy!
Will be busy today trying to get radios and DSL lines hooked up. This is a job I've been dreading for months. And it's going to be hot work. Hope this goes well...
