I know that April showers bring May flowers, but I didn't think it would rain ALL DAY today. Silly me!
This was the last day of my spring break. It's kind of depressing, really...but I have an advantage over my colleagues in that I only have 39 more days to work. Er....let me rephrase that: I only have 39 more days to report to school and teach kids. Staying home is work. Frustrating work, sometimes. Never ending. I accomplished very little on break aside from regular maintenance. I did make some inroads into the mess in my bedroom but the worst of it still remains. Did get the living room cleaned, mostly. Made a few ventures into the children's bedrooms, but they are getting old enough to be able to help clean up their own rooms. We'll see!
We have an outdoor field trip on Tuesday. Hope the weather holds up! Doesn't look all that good right now...
