For the first time in almost 1 1/2 years, Meg and I are sleeping in bedrooms devoid of children! As of a few weeks ago, they each had a separate bed in our rooms...but now EVERYONE has a separate bedroom! Ryan's room was mostly done by Friday. Robin's room still isn't done, but her bed was set up, etc...and she was excited. She was moving her clothes to her "new" old dresser while I was telling her that it could wait until tomorrow. Nice to have new digs!
Has all of the work and expense been worth it? Worth giving up my whole summer? You betcha! We will eventually get everything sorted out...and we will survive! The next project is planning a birthday party for Robin...and a trip to IL.
I promise not to pop a brain vein this time!
