EOD

End of Day.

We have a new living room.  My friends Mark and Beth came with a pickup truck to take away our living room furniture.  Meg and Grandpa Phil...plus a ham friend, Travis...and both children...went to the storage unit to bring home Meg's futon and futon chair, plus an end table.  The vibrant colors really warm up the room!  The futon furniture is big...probably too big for the room...but we like it.  Tune in later to see how much we like it later.  Still have adjustments to make.

Meg is quite stressed.  She doesn't know how to separate things into small steps.  She has things to do for classes and things to do for work...and she joins that with the usual mother-guilt of not spending enough quality time with the children (she thinks) and the messy house.  We work full tilt.  She doesn't quite get it that the children will and do survive quite nicely, thankyouverymuch.  Hey, Meg...does that mean I have THREE children??

Part of her stress is that the children will be with us this weekend.  That means no time to do homework for her classes, and no real time for me to catch up on laundry.  I'll keep working on that.  'Tis a "forever" job.

Life goes on.  We will have Meg out of her storage unit by the end of the month...and maybe we will be ready to have a "reveal" of home changes by Ryan's birthday in mid-November.  I'll just keep pluggin' on that!
